Tout d'abord je vous souhaite une excellente année 2010 pleine de réussites personnelles et professionnelles!
Après le dernier billet, j'ai repris les entraînements pour la préparation de base. Au programme de Fernand des entraînements longs et un mini stage en famille la deuxième semaine des congés de noël au Lac Majeur (je mettrai une photo plus tard).
Il y avait aussi une compet prévue le 19/12 mais étant donné les conditions climatiques rencontrées ce jour-là j'ai préféré faire l'impasse...
Les 2 premières semaine de janvier sont une transition avant d'entamer une première période de spécifique 1500m. Les choses sérieuses vont commencer!
Je cours ce samedi 16/01 au Luxembourg mon premier 1500m. Je n'ai pas d'objectif étant donné que je n'ai pas encore travaillé sur les bases de la compet. Ensuite le 30/01 le LBFA (3000 ou 1500m?) et après le gros objectif de cet hiver le Toyota indoor de Gand où j'ai la chance de courir le 1500M.
Les entraînements de cette semaine se résument en : côtes, footing rapide, fractionné plus court et un peu plus vite que d'hab, rouleau vélo et footing lent.
De plus, j'ai un nouveau sposor matos en HERZOG. Il s'agit de bas de contention soit en tubes ou en chaussettes complètes. Pieter Desmet et Jeroen d'Hoedt courent également avec ce matériel.
