Salut à tous,
Et me voilà de retour sur la toile...Je vais faire un petit résumé de cette saison d'hiver.
Après le 1000m en janvier, il y a eu 3 compétitions prévues : LBFA 3000m, Toyota indoor, Championnat de Belgique 1500m.
Au LBFA 3000m, on s'était arrangé avec Benjamin Barbier pour effectuer une course commune sur des bases de 8'15. On est partis sur des bases correctes mais on a pris un peu de retard sur le tempo en passant au 2000m en 5'34. Là, Ben a demandé que je passe pour relancer. Je termine en 8'19, ce qui représente mon record perso sur la distance et Ben en 8'27. Je pense que dans une course "classique" il y avait moyen de faire 8'10.
Ensuite, il y a eu le Toyota indoor sur 1500m. Malheureusement la semaine précédant l'événement je me suis chopé une sinusite terribe. Je me suis quand même rendu à la compet mais là encore pas de bol... Les sensations ont été excellentes et la sinusite presque finie. Malheureusement aux environs de 900m, j'ai eu un coup de genou dans le mollet et il s'est mis en crampe presque immédiatement. J'ai préféré arrêter pour ne pas mettre en péril ma saison estivale.
Ensuite, il y a eu les championnats de Belgique où je termine premier pour la 3ème année consécutive. Super course et sensations très bonnes.
Maintenant on est reparti dans une période de 1 mois de préparation générale pour ensuite faire du spécifique. Je me sens beaucoup plus fort que l'année passée et mieux préparé. Tout cela parce que la saison hivernale ne m'a pas "cassé" mais a été vraiment construite dans le but d'être bien en été.
