Après cette blessure au pied qui m'a obligé à rester au repos 3-4 jours, je me suis rendu à Mol pour le cross court de la cross cup. J'adore le sable...
C'était un petit test pour voir où j'en était et malheureusement il ne fut pas très concluant. Il y a 2 raisons : le sable qui n'est vraiment pas ma tasse de thé et la cheville que j'ai ressentie dès le premier tour. J'ai du rester sur mon tempo sans accélérer et je termine à une honorable 12ème place.
Après cette compet, je suis reparti à l'entaînement et les choses vont de mieux en mieux. La forme est vraiment là déjà maintenant. Nous continuons toutefois sur le même schéma de préparation en faisant du long. Mercredi passé, je me suis étonné en allant plus vite que ce qui était demandé et sans aller dans mes réserves. Le reste de la semaine du volume, du vélo et du rouleau. Je ne fais pas énormément de km en CAP mais on favorise des récups en vélo pour décharger au niveau musculaire. Franchement cela fait un bien fou et les lendemains je peux faire du fractionné long sans soucis tellement la sensation de récup est bonne.
Maintenant, prochaine compet Tillburg cross court sur 2000m. Je pense être bien mais c'est quand même assez court par rapport à ma préparation. On verra...
