Salut à tous,
Après l'Ekiden de Bruxelles était prévu le cross relais de Gand comptant pour la cross cup. Nous y sommes allés avec une bonne équipe mais dans des distances qui ne nous convenaient pas vraiment (sauf Brieuc peut-être...). Ben Barbier a pris le premier relais, Brieuc ensuite et ensuite moi pour le 4500m.
Les sensations n'étaient pas terribles surtout que le parcours était assez boueux et plein de relances...j'adore!pfff De plus j'avais fait un mauvais choix de pointes en mettant des 12 mais après les draches et les passages des concurrents c'était très glissant, trop glissant pour moi.
Au final on termine 12ème, ce qui est correct mais pouvait mieux.
Après cette compétition, on a repris l'entraînement de base avec Fernand en continuant avec 56-60km/sem en course à pied, un peu de rouleau à vélo et muscu/gainage. Les sensations vont de mieux en mieux mais je ne pense être qu'à 80% à l'heure actuelle.
Dans mon programme de prépration était également mise la manche de Roulers en cross cup (cross court).
Ce fut la plus belle expérience de cross de ma "carrière" athlétique! Je termine, après une course partie très vite, à une super 3ème place et ème belge. Tom Van ooy qui termine devant moi est vraiment très costaud et on voit que sa puissance lui sert dans les cross.
Maintenant direction Tilburg ce dimanche pour le cross court de 2km puis préparation indoor en vue!
