Première compet indoor à Gand

Salut à tous,
Et voilà un premier test concluant ce samedi. Après une semaine de préparation spécifique, Fernand a demandé de courir à Gand afin de voir où en était la forme. Objectof courir le 1000m.
Arrivé sur place, il y avait Bert Pluym qui est venu me trouver car il voulait battre le record de Belgique junior sur la distance. Il avait un lièvre en la personne de Raf Tilburg. Quant à moi, "super" Ben Barbier a eu la gentillesse de venir aussi pour tirer jusqu'au 600m. Au vu de la semaine de stage qu'il a eu, chapeau!
Autres personnes présentes, Franky Hernould, François Dupont et d'autres personnes du team mais dans des séries différentes.
La course a été emmenée par Raf jusqu'au 500 en 1'12 et Ben a continué jusque 600m sur le même tempo. Je me suis alors retrouvé seul pour les 2 derniers tours. Passage au 800 en 1'55-56.
Pour finir le temps est de 2'25"25, ce qui est mon record indoor sur la distance, record du club et 4ème temps belge de toujours. Je pense que dans une course lancée jusqu'au bout le 2'23 est possible mais ne brûlons pas les étapes. Objectif LBFA et surtout le TOYOTA indoor sur 1500m.
Les autres personnes du team ont également aussi super bien couru. Franky proche de son record en 2'30, François en 2'37 mais seul très vite dans la course.
