et voilà après une longue période sans update, me revoici sur la toile...
Voici un résumé de ma saison indoor et cross. En gros très mitigé!
A Tilburg, je termine à une très belle 2 eme place derrière Kim Ruell. Il a démarré vers 1000m et pris qques mètres mais je reviens très fort sur les derniers 50m...
Fin de cette année 2010 je suis devenu papa pour la 2ème fois d'un petit Sacha!!
Il y a eu aussi un nouveau job début janvier, ce qui a aussi perturbé la préparation... (on n'a pas tous la "chance" de ne faire que ça...)
Après ça je me suis orienté vers la préparation indoor mais à chaque fois qu'un objectif arrivait je tombais malade...psychologique ou pas c'est très énervant. J'ai donc fait le meeting en salle de Luxembourg fin janvier après avoir eu une grippe la semaine et je fais 3'50 avec de bonnes sensations.
est venu le cross de Châtelet aussi comme remise en forme. Super cross qui mériterait d'avoir un label de championnat! Je gagne le cross court devant Mat Debouck après une belle bagarre.
Ensuite, j'ai eu la chance de tirer le 1500m indoor de Gand le 13/02 avec Rueben Bett. Je passe 1'22-23 au 600 et lui 2'21 au 1000m pour une course qui se gagne en 3'34 meilleure perf de l'année jusqu'à cette date.
Je n'ai pas pu aller au meeting de Metz le 29/02 car mon petit bout de 2 mois a dû malheureusement être hospitalisé pour une bronchiolite et je suis tombé malade juste après donc autant dire stop à la saison d'hiver...
Maintenant préparation été!!! Objectif cet été, s'amuser sans pression de temps ou de place mais prendre chaque course comme elle vient et prendre du plaisir!
