Après Mol et une décevante place, je suis reparti aux entraînements avec toute la motivation possible. Fernand a concocté un programme basé sur les fractionnés longs avec changement de rythme jusque janvier et ensuite un peu plus de spécifique.

La semaine passée et cette semaine se sont bien déroulées malgré un petit refroidissement. Cette semaine était plus de la récup qu'autre chose avec seulement 35km CAP, rouleau vélo et compet à Tilburg.

Venons à cette compétition à tilburg. Un super organisation avec pas mal de participants. Sur le cross court il y avit quelques noms connus comme Ruell, Dewitte, Matthys et Janssens qui a gagné le cross court de Mol. Au départ, kamikaze pour être bien placé avant la premier virage. C'est pas trop mon style de faire ça mais parfois il faur essayer... Après le premier tour, on se retrouve en pack assez compact d'une bonne 10zaine de coureurs sous l'impulsion de Janssens. Dans la ligne droite suivante, il a mis une accélération terrible à laquelle j'ai répondu mais pfff...Ensuite, Kim Ruell est revenu et a accéléré. Dans la partie technique avant l'arrivée, ils m'ont pris quelques mètres où j'ai bien ressenti que je n'étais pas un coureur de cross...J'ai un peu relâché dans les 50 derniers mètres car l'écart était important derrière. En conclusion je suis très satisfait de ce résultat qui est un peu inespéré compte tenu du refroidissement et du manque de préparation cross. Toutefois, je vois que la forme va en augmentant et que les prochaines échéances risquent d'être atteintes.
